Initial Call Out Fee : £50 (includes Labour and fault diagnosis).

If parts need to be replaced, then the cost of the replacement part(s) will be added to the Initial Call Out Fee.

In the event that we diagnose a fault that requires a part that we do not have in stock, we will order the replacement part and arrange to come back to fit it at a mutually convenient time. 

If this happens, we do not charge a "Return to Fit" Fee. You will only be charged for the part(s) - the total Labour charge is included as part of the Initial Call Out (as above).
